Bill Vergos has worked in almost all aspects of the filmmaking process for the past 10 years. Bill started his career shortly after graduating in 1997 from Emerson College in Boston by working as a production and producer’s assistant on feature films shooting in Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Bill built an impressive list of credits and relationships with producers and talent on the 30 plus films and television shows he’s been a part of, including Catch Me If You Can with Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio, The Shaggy Dog with Tim Allen and Rocky Balboa with Sylvester Stallone.

Bill recently Co-Produced the independent feature film In the Land of Merry Misfits starring Maria Menounos (Access Hollywood and Today Show) and narrated by famous indie film director John Waters. Misfits premiered at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival to sold-out screenings.

Bill is attached as a Co-Producer on the feature film thriller Scavenger, which is currently in development with Producer Arnold Rifkin (The Whole Ten Yards, Just My Luck) & Beacon Pictures (Bring It On). Adam Ripp (Gang Tapes, Darius) is attached to direct.

Bill is also attached as a producer on the comedy The Goddaughter. Scott Marshall (Keeping Up With the Steins, Blond Ambition) is attached to direct. Gary Marshall is Executive Producing. In addition to films, Bill has also been busy producing various commercials and music videos.

Sheldon formed Spy FIlmz in 2007 and in that time has brokered countless distribution deals as well as providing consulting services to entertainment companies. Brigman also has several feature films and television series in various stages of active development.

Before forming Spy Filmz, Brigman served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for global independent distribution company Ventura Distribution. He was responsible for acquiring content for Ventura’s domestic and international distribution operations in Canda, United Kingdom, Australia, Pan Europe and Japan. Brigman was also responsible for such key acquisitions as Tony Bennett: The Music Never Ends (Produced by Clint Eastwood), The Kids In the Hall: The Pilot, SNL: The Best of Mike Meyers, SNL: The Best of John Belushi, Joe Rogan: Live, Zach Galifianakis: Live From the Purple Onion and Where the Wild Things Are.

Brigman began his production career at Paramount Pictures working on television shows such as Fraiser, Wings, Entertainment Tonight, Sister Sister and Ellen. He graduated to the position of Production Coordinator for Baywatch and later as a Second Assistant Director on films including Playing By Heart starring Angelina Jolie, Ryan Phillippe and Sean Connery (Miramax). Brigman made the move to into development while serving as the Manager of Development at Paramount Pictures based Magic Lantern Films by headed by legendary producer Howard Kazanjian (Raiders of the Lost Ark, Return of the Jedi). Sheldon has also held development executive positions with Gaslight Pictures (Cheaters – HBO) and Minds Eye Pictures (Viva Las Nowhere – Warner Bros.).
